Julea Domani accepts the Refund/Exchange for the order within 3 days from receiving the order for reasonable reasons as below:

*If we sent you the wrong size( Example: you have ordered “S” size but we have sent ”M” size), or the wrong color.

*If we sent to you a defective dress.

*If size didn’t fit (in this case we shall make the final decision to accept the return or exchange the order) Under 2 conditions:

1) Sending the order back in the same condition( New, unused, with the tags).

2) Cover the shipping costs.

 

هدفنا هو تزويد عملائنا بتجربة تسوق إلكترونية رائعة، بما في ذلك ضمان رضاكم التام عن المنتجات التي طلبتموها.

تقبل جوليا دوماني استرداد/استبدال الطلب خلال 3 أيام من استلامه لأسباب معقولة، كما هو موضح أدناه:

*إذا أرسلنا لكم مقاسًا خاطئًا (مثال: طلبتم مقاس "S" وأرسلنا لكم مقاس "M")، أو لونًا خاطئًا.

*إذا أرسلنا لكم فستانًا معيبًا.

Notes:

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • In the event that a transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
  • Julea Domani doing QA on all the orders before shipping them to the customer in order to make sure that our customer will be happy and satisfied with the dress. 
  • Please be sure when placing an order to check the measurement and the size chart and find your correct size to avoid any disappointments. We highly recommend the customers to be sure of their correct size.
